4/5 - Storey Lake is a very nice community for families and groups. Lots of recreation and relaxation options. This condo location was close to the quiet smaller pool and also close to the large pool with slides and lazy River. We enjoyed winding down in the evenings on the patio. A few nice touches were beach towels, 4 beach chairs and an umbrella that came in handy for our day trip to Cocoa Beach. The condo was very clean and the property manager answered our questions right away. I would highly recommend the owners add a tv for the living room and improve the tv set up in the bigger bedroom. Cable box and wiring just hanging from the wall with no real set up reminded me of a college dorm room. Also the bedding could be upgraded for a little more luxurious feel. Sheets and comforters were thin and not a high quality you would want at a vacation rental.

Great location, questionable reservation process! We selected this properry due to its central location. When we booked the suite based on the price on the site, I was shocked to find out the owner increased the rate over the rate on website. I pointed out the statement on the site “The price you see is the price you pay.” Regardless the price was not as listed on the site. On the surface the room looked clean, but as we looked closer we felt the room could have been cleaner. Overall our vacation was fantastic, the location of the VRBO was perfect, the reservation, service and cleanliness were below average.

Better than the listing! Extremely clean. Interesting, modern property. Exceeded my expectations. The lake is so serene and calming. Dwelling provided a constant view of the lake with tons of wildlife (ducks, turtles, fish, an array of interest birds). If you need rest and relaxation, this is perfect. Yet, wonderfully close to downtown Winter Park, plus reasonably close to airport and all major theme parks.

Fabulous long weekend at the cutest VRBO! The place is absolutely like pictured. We could not have been happier. Amy has a high level of communication, the area is very private, and so close to everything! We loved waking up looking at the lake. It was extremely peaceful to sit on the dock and watch the fish, turtles, ducks and other wildlife. We will definitely be back! A++

5/5 - Perfect location and accommodations. This cozy condo was located in the perfect spot, three blocks away from the beach, and very close to all the main restaurants in the area. If you want to try some amazing Cuban food, you must try La Mulata!! The condo accommodations were perfect for our family of four. The kids took over the living room area and we stayed in the one bedroom available on the property. The small kitchen was also perfect for our small needs. We never ran out of hot water, even though we showered one right after the other. The AC worked perfectly as well!...

5/5 - The pictures don’t do this house justice! It is absolutely the cleanest, well maintained, high end appliances and amenities. Sleep number bed, heated toilet (was my husbands favorite) we honestly wouldn’t have had to leave this house! Carlos supplied the house with kayaks, paddle boards, bicycles and a brand new golf cart! The restaurant’s were amazing! The only additional cost was his boat and jet ski. We rented 3 days and enjoyed every minute. Fishing, site seeing, family of 3 manatee, snorkeling, we found 30 million old giant sea biscuits! Carlos went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing vacation! We fed the manatee and had a new guest that Carlos hadn’t seen before a sweet young raccoon that we named Rico and fed him nightly. My son caught his first nurse shark right off the dock and tons of fish. This property will never be beat. You won’t be disappointed if you get the opportunity to stay here!
