5/5 - Nice place. Great location. The property was clean and well maintained. It was close to Duvall.but still quiet.

3/5 - PROS: Excellent Location, close enough to the action but still far away. CONS: We booked this unit for our family. We have a special needs son who likes to watch TV am/pm for downtime. Upon arrival, our unit did not have TV or internet. We were there for 5 days, 3 of which we had repairmen in our unit, VERY INCONVENIENT! The local KW team did what they could but it is clear this VRBO IS NOT PERSONALLY OWNED. We spoke to other units in the Tropical Village complex and they were also experiencing problems. The kitchen, living room and bathroom were very warm so they had to bring out a temporary AC unit. However, we were told our unit was having this problem prior to our arrival and they never got anyone in to check the problem. It was very disappointing!

5/5  - The house was a good central location. We were in walking distance of restaurants, the beach, and Hemingway house. The back porch is screened in which we got to enjoy several times. Plus having the pool to use was a great plus. We really enjoyed ourselves.
