4/5 - Storey Lake is a very nice community for families and groups. Lots of recreation and relaxation options. This condo location was close to the quiet smaller pool and also close to the large pool with slides and lazy River. We enjoyed winding down in the evenings on the patio. A few nice touches were beach towels, 4 beach chairs and an umbrella that came in handy for our day trip to Cocoa Beach. The condo was very clean and the property manager answered our questions right away. I would highly recommend the owners add a tv for the living room and improve the tv set up in the bigger bedroom. Cable box and wiring just hanging from the wall with no real set up reminded me of a college dorm room. Also the bedding could be upgraded for a little more luxurious feel. Sheets and comforters were thin and not a high quality you would want at a vacation rental.

5/5 - Overall an outstanding location and very nice place. The Palace is a bit noisy but it is the entertainment district so it is what it is. Great location, ample amenities, and easy access to everwherw in South Beach.

Great location, questionable reservation process! We selected this properry due to its central location. When we booked the suite based on the price on the site, I was shocked to find out the owner increased the rate over the rate on website. I pointed out the statement on the site “The price you see is the price you pay.” Regardless the price was not as listed on the site. On the surface the room looked clean, but as we looked closer we felt the room could have been cleaner. Overall our vacation was fantastic, the location of the VRBO was perfect, the reservation, service and cleanliness were below average.
