5/5 - Everything about the property was as advertised. The grandkids loved the media room. We chose to heat the pool which was worth the added cost. It rained several evenings and the pool would have been cold without the heat. Outside grill was great. The 2 balconies upstairs were great.

4/5 - Great Family Vacation Rental. House and pool were fantastic. We had small children so appreciated the alarms on the pool doors. Our neighbors alarm was going off constantly which was a bit annoying. The door code needed to be reset when we arrived but the concierge showed up fairly quickly to sort it out. We did not use the movie theater as no instructions for streaming were provided just instructions for a DVD. House was well equipped for an infant…

5/5 - This house was perfect! It was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and if you can’t find it or happened to be low on something, Kevin the owner, was super responsive and would bring it over. The pool was wonderful to relax and cool off by during the day and even at night as the backyard is super private and peaceful with all the string lights and water feature. You would never know this house is right off Duval which makes this house even more special. Definitely a wonderful place to stay at with your family and friends.

4/5 - It was a wonderful stay that accommodated all 5 ladies for a girls trip. The proximity to the bars and shops was perfect. We rented a golf cat but didn’t need one because we parked everywhere. It’s such a unique little house and kept up very well. We would definitely stay here again!
