The location is amazing which we knew when booking. Quiet end of Ocean Dr. but completely walkable. Quiet building. Great views. If the owners would spend just a little money updating, the condo would present so much better and they’d probably be able to charge more. The condo itself is very spacious and the beds were comfy. This is a beautiful spacious condo with a perfect location. Ocean views and by great restaurants but just far enough away from the crazy part of south beach. We did have a few issues while staying there.. the oven wasn’t working and the floors were filthy. I did let the property management company know when we checked in.
