4/5 - Cute house! We loved staying here ! The pool was delightful, the house was everything we needed and the owner was very responsive. I was disappointed that the online listing said it was less than 3 miles to ESPN which is where we were going. It was actually closer to 8 which made a difference in the commuting every day. There were a couple of small details that our host immediately corrected.

4/5 Last Minute Trip - Booked Terra Verde Resort as a last minute spring break trip for 2 adults & 2 kids. Getting to resort is easy, check in was a breeze. Furniture seemed newer/nice. Kitchen was fully equipped (minus hot pads) and had a starter kit for garbage bags/dish washer pods. I'd say the place definitely needs a good deep cleaning and a solid maintenance update . Resort itself was ok. Location was good, traffic never really an issue. Resort pool was nice, tiki hut was stocked with beverages and food. Game room was a disappointment, as most of the games either didn't work or weren't working properly.
