4/5 - Unique place. Negatives were no closets, minimal dresser space, too. Very clean inside, no bugs all week! Outside had trash from previous guests. No dishwasher was different and kind of a pain. Neighbors are not very courteous - pool neighbor let dogs bark for hours, neighbor up street let his dogs bark for hours. Not cool. Need to supply a vacuum cleaner, too.

3/5 - PROS: Excellent Location, close enough to the action but still far away. CONS: We booked this unit for our family. We have a special needs son who likes to watch TV am/pm for downtime. Upon arrival, our unit did not have TV or internet. We were there for 5 days, 3 of which we had repairmen in our unit, VERY INCONVENIENT! The local KW team did what they could but it is clear this VRBO IS NOT PERSONALLY OWNED. We spoke to other units in the Tropical Village complex and they were also experiencing problems. The kitchen, living room and bathroom were very warm so they had to bring out a temporary AC unit. However, we were told our unit was having this problem prior to our arrival and they never got anyone in to check the problem. It was very disappointing!

5/5  - The house was a good central location. We were in walking distance of restaurants, the beach, and Hemingway house. The back porch is screened in which we got to enjoy several times. Plus having the pool to use was a great plus. We really enjoyed ourselves.

We also love how close Walt Disney, Universal and other attractions are it’s so convient. We would definitely stay here again. The staff is very friendly and are always on call if you need them.
