5/5 - Our family loved this house it was amazing and the property owners were both easy to get a hold of with questions and very accommodating for our stay I have stayed in a lot of different rentals this was by far my favorite it was home away from home very warm and inviting lots of stuff for the kids and very clean and well kept beds were comfy and rooms were super cute

3/5 - PROS: Excellent Location, close enough to the action but still far away. CONS: We booked this unit for our family. We have a special needs son who likes to watch TV am/pm for downtime. Upon arrival, our unit did not have TV or internet. We were there for 5 days, 3 of which we had repairmen in our unit, VERY INCONVENIENT! The local KW team did what they could but it is clear this VRBO IS NOT PERSONALLY OWNED. We spoke to other units in the Tropical Village complex and they were also experiencing problems. The kitchen, living room and bathroom were very warm so they had to bring out a temporary AC unit. However, we were told our unit was having this problem prior to our arrival and they never got anyone in to check the problem. It was very disappointing!

5/5  - The house was a good central location. We were in walking distance of restaurants, the beach, and Hemingway house. The back porch is screened in which we got to enjoy several times. Plus having the pool to use was a great plus. We really enjoyed ourselves.

5/5 - This is our second visit and again it was a great family vacation. It has everything that my family enjoy pools, your very own Mario playground inside and the on property pools and restaurants. We also love how close Walt Disney, Universal and other attractions are it’s so convient. We would definitely stay here again. The staff is very friendly and are always on call if you need them. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

4/5 - Storey Lake is a very nice community for families and groups. Lots of recreation and relaxation options. This condo location was close to the quiet smaller pool and also close to the large pool with slides and lazy River. We enjoyed winding down in the evenings on the patio. A few nice touches were beach towels, 4 beach chairs and an umbrella that came in handy for our day trip to Cocoa Beach. The condo was very clean and the property manager answered our questions right away. I would highly recommend the owners add a tv for the living room and improve the tv set up in the bigger bedroom. Cable box and wiring just hanging from the wall with no real set up reminded me of a college dorm room. Also the bedding could be upgraded for a little more luxurious feel. Sheets and comforters were thin and not a high quality you would want at a vacation rental.

Great location, questionable reservation process! We selected this properry due to its central location. When we booked the suite based on the price on the site, I was shocked to find out the owner increased the rate over the rate on website. I pointed out the statement on the site “The price you see is the price you pay.” Regardless the price was not as listed on the site. On the surface the room looked clean, but as we looked closer we felt the room could have been cleaner. Overall our vacation was fantastic, the location of the VRBO was perfect, the reservation, service and cleanliness were below average.
